Alchemy: the seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination. 

I made my acting debut at age six in Mrs. Ripper’s first-grade class’s video production of Rumpelstiltskin. I was cast in the title role, as the mysterious imp with the power to spin straw into gold. I have been fascinated by the notion of alchemy ever since. 

Through the course of my life I’ve conjured magic—with varying degrees of success—through writing, music, art, video, and finally, baking. 

I have found great pleasure sharing my various creations with others. 

Baking cookies for my family and friends has always brought me profound joy. I’m now happy to offer my wholesome and delicious baked goods to the world at large, beginning with the city I love: NYC.
